Our Organic Frankincense essential oil is sourced from the resin of a North African tree, which is cut to produce frankincense ‘tears’ - these are then steam distilled to create a 100% pure and natural oil.
This essential oil has a clear terpene-like penetrating top note and a warm, sweet balsamic undertone.
It is known to promote calm and deep breathing, making it a popular choice for aromatherapy. Use it in a diffuser or mix it with a carrier oil for topical application.
Safe to use as an aroma or diluted to 1 % in organic sunflower oil or aloe vera gel directly on skin after the first three months of pregnancy.
