Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an estimated delivery date for the Goods, as well as a tracking number. Be aware that no times or dates provided by us are 100% guaranteed once your order is shipped.

We will arrange for packing and use the delivery option you selected at checkout.

Shipping addresses can’t be changed once the parcel has been dispatched. If you notice an error with any of your information, please email within 10 minutes of placing your order.

If an item is returned due to a mistake you made with the shipping address, you’ll need to pay the additional shipping costs for the item to be resent.


UK Shipping

  • 1st Class Royal Mail – £5.20 – Please allow 3 working days for delivery

  • 2nd Class Royal Mail – £4.20 – Please allow 5 working days for delivery

  • Free Shipping on orders over £150.00


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.

Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be unused, in complete working order, with packaging as received when new.
