Terri's journey in the health and wellness industry has been nothing short of extraordinary. With over two decades of experience, she has traversed the realms of spa management, massage therapy, and international training, leaving an indelible mark on luxury spas across the world. From the bustling streets of Moscow to the serene landscapes of India, Terri has honed her expertise, not just in pampering, but in the art and science of holistic wellness.

However, it was the profound experience of becoming a mother that ignited a new passion within Terri - one that would bridge the worlds of wellness and childbirth. Following the birth of her daughter in 2015, Terri's mission became clear: to empower expectant parents with the knowledge and support they need for a holistic and empowered birth experience.

Drawing on her background in spa management and her training as a hypnobirthing practitioner, Terri founded 'Time: Bump & Beyond' in 2018: a local business dedicated to supporting families from conception to the postnatal period. Here, she combined her expertise in massage with her passion for childbirth, offering a unique blend of specialised pregnancy treatments, aromatherapy oils and preparation for expectant parents.

Now, Terri's focus has shifted once again, with the acquisition of 'Aromatherapy for Childbirth' in 2023, Terri is on a mission to revolutionise birth support for midwives, doulas, hypnobirthing practitioners, and other birth professionals. The growing training programs are designed to empower birth workers with the tools and knowledge they need to incorporate aromatherapy seamlessly into their practice, enhancing the birthing experience for parents and babies alike.

As a mother of two, including a recent home birth experience, Terri brings a deeply personal understanding to her work. Her motto, "Wellness starts in the womb", encapsulates her belief in the power of holistic care to transform the birth experience.
