UNDER 3 MONTHS PREGNANT CANDLELIT BLISS BATH

Time to connect with baby. Babies in the womb recognise scents that mum has used during pregnancy. To be super safe for growing baby don’t use essential oils in the bath until you are 12 weeks pregnant or beyond.

Add a handful of sea salt to the bath water, then in a candle diffuser* add:

  1. 3 drops of Mandarin to refresh with this sunshine essential oil that is associated with childhood

  2. 3 drops Frankincense essential oil for deep relaxation

BUSY PERSON EVENING BATH

If the day has not stopped for you with maybe kids, work, food, jobs all day long you need to pause. This bath is either for those not pregnant or post dates who don’t mind moving things forward a little.

Mix the following essential oils with at least a teaspoon of (preferably) unscented shampoo or liquid soap until creamy and put into the bath just before your get in.

  1. 4 drops of Lavender to gently calm and you ready for sleep

  2. 2 drops of Clary Sage to take you into a muscle relaxing dreamy space

Shut doors and windows and relax…

*A cande diffuser is a diffuser that uses a tealight candle to gently heat the essential oils and water to disperse the aroma into the room.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”peacoc” border_width=”3″ css=”.vc_custom_1624192247100{margin-top: 40px !important;margin-bottom: 40px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”26449″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank”][vc_column_text]
